customizeing TFC server side (oh i am)

if you Never Played the NeoTF mod befor and you see ppl throwing snarks,laying tripmines and flying helecopters just ask how to do that stuff.
if you never saw Ent mod. well its kinda like G-mod but in tfc.
server never sits 24 hours only bots. if you wind up joining and you see no one els on, it depends on the time of day and week. and yes traffic slowly has been on the up rise.
to inform you to who is reading this on how its runned. well its dependently runs on democracy. meaning let the players deside. your given admin vote commands for one reason. its to make votes for what you want.
your opinions are most impotant.
