1) open the console by pressing the ~ key.

2) type the following in console.. bind p "i live {*%h Health*} {*%a Armor*}

3 )just by hiting your P key you will be saying your current heath and armor state.

   -1:hit your P key and if you heath is at 56 and armor is at 39 it will show up in chat    i live {*56 Health*} {*39 Armor*}

   -2: hit your P key and if you heath is at 10 and armor is at 40 it will show up in chat    i live {*10 Health*} {*40 Armor*}

bind it to any key you wish.
